And as Training & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be part of a team that’s doing incredible things – for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future To effectively co-ordinate and administer the training, compliance and development programmes for the RCG & Group. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating excellent communication and information sharing across the team and will provide full support to the Training and Development team. Working collaboratively across the business to ensure the maintenance of training records and ensuring training courses are arranged in line with statutory requirements. What you'll do: Responsible for scheduling, planning and administration of all training courses for RCG & Group Identifying and implement process and procedural improvements across the training and compliance activity Support T&D Team to create reports utilising the Learning Management System. Support T&D Team to gather data and relevant narrative in relation to the programmes for company reports (including eLearning stats and analysis) Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and processes in relation to T&D activity Managing the day-to-day relationships with our internal and external training partners, ensuring clear, accurate and timely communication Engaging with key stakeholders across all business to coordinate T&D activity in their regions Liaising with business supports regarding scheduling of regional training courses Championing collaborative working and sharing of relevant information with wider HR teams Liaising with external suppliers, booking courses, ensuring all details are captured on the Learning Management System. Support additional development requests from Robertson Group (including further and higher education, vocational training, and eLearning) Sourcing cost effective Venue providers, College and Universities Accurately document certification from External training boards, committees and accrediting bodies Responsible for all communications regarding the booking and organisation of training courses including calendar invitations and course joining instructions Respond to incoming communications in accordance with agreed timescales, in body of response emails Work to agreed deadlines for projects and initiatives Work closely and communicate frequently throughout the day with wider T&C Team with progress updates and to manage any changing priorities Plan and issue timely communications across the business in collaboration with the relevant teams and stakeholders Support the wider People Strategy for the group and allocated team projects What you'll need: Previous experience working within a training and development environment Internal relationship management experience with the credibility to liaise with senior management level Problem solving skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to identify issues or risks and provide workable solutions An individual who embraces change Ability to achieve set deadlines Able to provide exemplary customer service Ability to work well under pressure Excellent organisational skills Highly skilled in use of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
