Our client, a niche managing agent specialising in luxury residential developments across London is seeking experienced and professional Night Concierge’s to oversee night operations at two of its high-end residential developments based in Central London.
The role involves delivering a discreet and reliable concierge service, ensuring residents and guests receive a consistently high standard of support and care throughout the night. You will be the main point of contact on site, maintaining safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage visitor access, deliveries, and key handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV to ensure a safe environment.
* Support resident move-ins and move-outs, and assist with amenity space bookings.
* Provide information and assistance with local services, reservations, and transport.
* Maintain clear communication with colleagues and service partners to ensure seamless operations.
* Skills and Experience
o Previous experience in a luxury residential or five-star hospitality environment is desirable.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished appearance.
o Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
o A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
o A team-oriented attitude and commitment to high service standards.
