Multiple location across Kent
£30,000 – £75,000 DOE + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Associates to join its busy property teams across several Kent offices.
With multiple vacancies available, this is a great opportunity to join a firm offering strong caseloads, career progression, and a supportive team environment.
The Role
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with some exposure to commercial property work where required.
Your work will include:
* Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Leasehold matters, including lease grants and renewals
* Title checking, searches, enquiries, and reports
* SDLT and post-completion processes
* Occasional commercial matters (e.g. refinancing, acquisitions, leases)
* Active involvement in business development
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or experienced conveyancer
* Strong experience handling a busy residential caseload independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a team-focused approach
