Job Title: Project Manager Location: Saffron Walden + Site VisitsSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Term: Permanent Hours: Office hours 8am - 4:45pm Monday - Friday. Site hours will vary The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver specialist projects from contract award through to final handover. You'll take ownership of programme, budget, resourcing, site delivery and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are completed safely, compliantly, and to the required quality standards.This would suit a Project Manager with experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Lead projects end-to-end, from contract award through to final handover (including snagging, handover docs and client sign-off)Own and maintain programme, budget and resource plans; track progress, costs and risks and take corrective action where neededCoordinate design, manufacture, delivery and installation activities to meet technical and quality requirementsManage site delivery: lead site teams, subcontractors and specialist installers, ensuring effective day-to-day coordinationAct as the main point of contact for clients, principal contractors and consultants; chair progress, technical and commercial meetingsEnsure compliance across all projects, plus H&S documentation and controlsWhen you are not on site, would be based in the Saffron Walden office, working on other projects, therefore it is essential that you are in reasonable commuter distance of Saffron Walden.
