Responsibilities
Front Office Operations
* Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and procedures
* Coordinate with support departments to resolve administrative and operational issues
* Manage room inventory, liaising with Housekeeping to meet guest arrival times
* Handle VIP guests, group movements, and high occupancy situations
* Analyse market trends and motivate staff to up-sell rooms for increased revenue
Team Management
* Recruit, train, and develop front office staff
* Conduct performance reviews and identify team members with potential
* Prepare staff schedules and conduct regular departmental meetings
* Ensure staff maintain high standards of appearance, attitude, and professionalism
Qualifications
* Experience & Technical skills: 1–2 years in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Opera Cloud. Demonstrated ability to multitask and make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Operational & Strategic mindset: Passion for hotel operations with the ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and stay current with industry trends
