We are an established award winning, family run multi-site dealership representing MG and Suzuki and are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Aftersales to take full ownership of aftersales performance across our 4 sites. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for service and parts operations, focused on driving profitability, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of customer experience. The Head of Aftersales will play an important part in our used car operation through effective preparation, turnaround times, and ongoing customer retention Our business is based on a commitment to customer care and as an important part of the leadership team you will have responsibility for the delivery of an outstanding customer experience. Excellent communication skills are required to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Aftersales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure an exceptional customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
