USG / Student Counselling Service
Full-time: 35 hours per week

Overview
The Counselling Service is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to provide excellent administrative support to the Student Counselling Service.
Responsibilities
* Allocate and manage clinical appointments.
* Act as the first point of contact for all queries and respond to enquiries from students seeking counselling in a timely and sensitive manner.
* Rotate daily tasks across all team activities to support a busy team of counsellors and psychotherapists.
* Work full-time (35 hours per week) at least 3 days on campus, 5 days per week.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong IT skills and fully proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience working in a similar office environment.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive, tactful and non-judgemental.
* Resourceful and able to use initiative.
* Able to work to a high standard whilst under pressure.
The University Counselling Service is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
