You’ll be perfect for this role if you:
Have experience in vehicle body shop operations or a similar automotive environment
Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship to exacting standards
Are confident working to health & safety regulations and company procedures
Can work efficiently, prioritising tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Are flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks day-to-day
What you NEED
Previous experience in vehicle body shop or automotive repair
Knowledge of vehicle preparation, masking, polishing, and smart repairs
Ability to carry out basic de-trim and re-trim tasks following manufacturer instructions
Understanding of warranty repair procedures and quality standards
Commitment to health & safety and environmental compliance (ISO 9001/14001 awareness is a plus)

Role & Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles, panels, and wheels ready for paint. Mask vehicles ahead of painting and polish them post-paint to high-quality standards. Carry out smart repairs, de-trim/re-trim tasks, and apply decals as required. Complete warranty repairs following company policy and procedures. Ensure all repairs are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety legislation. Correctly log all jobs in the workshop system and follow management instructions. Embrace new methods, techniques, and training as required. Support the team and perform other reasonable tasks to meet operational requirements.
