SEN HLTA – Primary – Havering. From £110/day | Primary | Havering | September Start | Full-Time | Long-Term. Axcis are partnering with a thriving primary school in Havering to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support their SEND department. The school has a warm, inclusive ethos and is proud of its strong SEND provision, regularly praised in its Good Ofsted reports.
Responsibilities
* Leading small group interventions for pupils with SEND.
* Providing cover for classes when required.
* Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD and speech & language needs.
* Working alongside the SENCO to track pupil progress and adjust provision.
What we’re looking for
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of SEND strategies and experience across primary.
* Confidence leading groups and supporting classroom learning.
* A flexible, organised professional with excellent communication skills.
