Fram is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm based in Lancashire. As part of their continued expansion, they're looking for a highly organised, proactive IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team.
Working as part of a dedicated "pod" supporting four Financial Advisers, you'll become a key part of the client journey—building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of financial planning products and providers.
What You'll Be Doing: Processing new business applications and tracking them through to completion
Liaising with providers to ensure smooth and timely administration
Handling client queries with professionalism and care
Producing accurate client valuation reports
Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners in your pod
Maintaining and updating back-office systems
Supporting with ad-hoc administrative duties across the team
What We're Looking For: Ideally 2+ years of administration experience in an IFA or Wealth Management setting
Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and back-office systems
Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
RO qualifications are a bonus—but not essential. Full support is available for professional development
