Senior Estimator – Stonework & Luxury Interiors

Salary: Up to £60,000 + performance-related incentives
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team, specialising in stonework and luxury interior projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering prestigious high-end residential and commercial schemes from tender stage through to order confirmation.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare accurate estimates and pricing directly from architectural drawings and CAD designs
* Manage projects covering kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, skirting, frames, and bespoke stone features
* Carry out detailed material take-offs and factor in wastage to ensure cost precision
* Produce comprehensive quantity sheets to support procurement and planning
* Source competitive pricing from both UK and international suppliers
* Confidently interpret CAD drawings and use estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam, etc.)
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams
* Identify and follow up on tender opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships to negotiate and secure orders
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within stonework, interiors, joinery, or construction
* Strong knowledge of natural stone, quartz, and solid surfaces
* Confident in reading and interpreting CAD drawings
* Proficient with estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam, or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
* Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
* Experience in luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects
* Understanding of bespoke design requirements and luxury finishes
* Established network of UK and international suppliers
