As a Workforce Management Lead Scheduler in our Maritime Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting workforce management and administration, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll do as a Workforce Management Lead Scheduler You’ll be entrusted to: Lead the implementation of workforce management (WFM) technology, including Time2Work and Maximo SEAMS, acting as the key point of contact for your site. Provide administration and support for scheduling, maintaining key master data, and supporting the use of digital tools. Champion the setup and use of mobile tools, advising and assisting colleagues on IT and application use. Manage staff rosters, work patterns, and workforce planning, ensuring new processes for leave, training, and absences are followed. Approve annual leave requests, manage daily timesheets, and resolve application exceptions. Attend briefings, provide reports, and support the business with general administration as required. Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. The ability to adapt to a changing working environment and work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to obtain (or currently hold) SC Security Clearance.
