Purchase Ledger Executive - Ballykelly - Permanent A multi-site, award-winning environmental engineering company is seeking to appoint a key individual to join its finance team. Due to continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Purchase Ledger Executive looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. About this role:
1. £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)
2. Monday to Friday (12pm early Friday finish)
3. Life Assurance Plan @ 3 times Gross Salary.

What you'll be doing in this role:
8. Assist with the Implementation of SICON and assisting with new efficient systems
9. Reconciliations of Nominal Ledgers to P&L and BS – Investigation of costs that fall outside acceptable parameters
10. Run Commercial Reports for all Projects, Aged Creditor and payments
11. Working with PL Manager on current KPIs reporting and developing them to include more timely reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
12. Assisting with producing Management Accounts
13. Gather documentation for Intrastat’s and report figures to HMRC
14. Posting invoices on SAGE 200 and resolving invoice/supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner
15. Payroll processing cover as/when required
16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you'll need for this role:
17. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally Purchase Ledger focused
18. Proficiency in accounting software desired
