Business Systems Manager Responsible for leading and managing the Business Systems function which is responsible for all the internal and external systems that both staff and advisers use across the business. Oversee the performance of our key systems, communicating issues in a clear and timely manner. As our Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, supporting and motivating a team of Business Systems Executives and Administrators. Overseeing the allocation of workloads and manage team capacity, ensuring efficient service delivery of all mandatory tasks and project work is delivered within the set SLA’s / agreed deadlines. Developing a positive culture of delivering feedback to Operational Teams. Continuously Improve Processes – Constantly look for ways to improve internal processes to support good client outcomes, highlighting any recommendations to the relevant stakeholders for review. Continuous monitoring of all external software licences. Organising systems access for new joiners and removal of access for leavers. Manage relationships with third-party software providers such as IRESS/FE/SmartSheet Oversee the maintenance, and enhancement of core business systems (e.g., CRM, Client Portal, financial reporting tools). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues whilst communicating with the wider business. Oversee the onboarding of new clients to the portal and providing support for any incoming client queries. What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Software Developer: Proven experience in managing a team within financial services. An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in supervising or mentoring a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours. Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements together with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Experience using both Microsoft applications and industry-specific software (e.g., Outlook, Teams and Xplan, Provider Platforms etc).
