We are currently supporting a leading international distributor of technical materials in the search for a Customer Service Representative to join their UK team based near Nottingham. Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the UK and Europe. You’ll manage incoming orders, coordinate logistics with suppliers and warehouses, and provide proactive support to the sales and technical teams. This is a key role within the organization that ensures a smooth customer experience and contributes directly to business continuity and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and process customer orders accurately via SAP or CRM systems Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams and external partners Maintain close communication with sales managers and technical teams Resolve customer queries, handle complaints, and follow up on shipments Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Support month-end reporting and internal KPIs Ideal Profile Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (ideally in industrial, chemical or distribution environments) Strong communication and organizational skills Fluent English (additional European language is a plus) Solid experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Team player with a hands-on and service-oriented attitude Based near Nottingham or with easy access to the office (home office 2 days/week) What’s Offered Salary range 25.000 - 28.000 pounds Permanent position in a stable, international company Hybrid working model.
