A growing care organisation is expanding its portfolio with three new homes opening in 2026, and is looking for an experienced Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist to join the Recruitment Team. If you have a background in high-volume recruitment and HR administration - particularly within Health & Social Care - this could be an ideal next step. Working alongside a Recruitment Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising roles and attracting candidates to ensuring new hires are fully compliant before starting. You'll support recruitment across a range of vacancies, including roles for newly launched services. Health & Social Care recruitment experience is ssential.
