About the role
In this 360 Operator job in Theale, you will be responsible for operating a 360 grab safely and efficiently within a busy waste management environment. Daily duties include safely moving waste around the site and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner through effective self-management.
You will also be responsible for keeping the site clean and tidy, supporting overall site organisation and safety standards. Loading vehicles forms a key part of the role, alongside completing any other associated tasks required to support operations.
This position requires a proactive approach, ensuring that workloads are prioritised correctly while maintaining high standards across all duties.
About you
To be successful in this 360 Operator job in Theale, you should have experience operating plant and machinery. While a valid NPORS or CPCS qualification is beneficial, it is not essential.
