Job responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, medication support, meal assistance, light cleaning tasks, and supporting residents with their mobility and social activities. What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
* Full time and Part time hours available, will include alternate weekends
* Day and Night shifts available
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
* Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
* Personal care - supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
* Medication - Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
* Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
* Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks
* Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
* Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
