Candidate Profile
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
* A well-rounded general practice leader with strong expertise across accounts, tax, and advisory services.
* A credible and accomplished relationship builder with a track record of developing enduring client partnerships.
* An inclusive, visible, and respected leader who sets high standards, builds capability, and leads by example.
* Commercially astute, with sound judgement and a balanced approach to client service, people leadership, and firm performance.
Business Development & Growth:
* Build and strengthen relationships with key professional introducers, including solicitors, banks, and land agents, to generate high-quality opportunities across the firm’s service lines.
* Represent the firm with credibility and distinction within the local business community, maintaining a strong and visible external profile.
* Develop relationships with smaller accountancy firms to position and expand the firm’s advisory offering in collaboration with internal specialists.
* Support sustainable growth across the offices through disciplined, relationship-led business development and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
