Asbestos Surveyor - Andover, , United KingdomAre you a qualified asbestos surveyor looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity in our team just for you.What youll be doingAs an asbestos surveyor, youll be working across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire and Wiltshire carrying out asbestos re-inspections and refurbishment & demolition surveys on our general needs stock. Youll ensure surveys are accurately recorded using a handheld device, produce reports and share data with colleagues across the business.Youll identify repairs required and fully detail any remedial works, liaising with internal planned and reactive delivery teams as well as our asbestos removal company.About youYoull already be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys in domestic dwellings and youll have a P402 qualification. Housing association experience is desired but not essential.Youll be working collaboratively across the business and with external contractors, so youll be a confident communicator.The data from surveys needs to be accurate so youll have a keen eye for detail and be confident using IT including the Microsoft office suite and asset register.As youll be working across the region we will provide you with a company vehicle, you will require a full UK manual driving licence.Whats in it for meWe invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better.
