The Role: • To support a 19-year-old young woman to access the community and to build on life skills. Main Duties: • Support to use local buses • Coffee shop trips • Shopping trips • Support to build on life skills • Support with domestic tasks in the home Personal Qualities and Attributes required: • Respectful of confidentiality and privacy • Responsible, reliable and trustworthy • Respectful of dignity and independence • Good communication skills and social skills • Punctual, reliable and flexible • Ability to work on your own initiative • Understanding, adaptable and organised • Must like cats • Car driver preferred with own car and business insurance essential FOR EMPLOYED: Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check, your employer may also ask for you to supply references.
