Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the local community and a reputation for excellence, are seeking a career driven Paralegalto join their Conveyancing team in Greater London.

To apply for this role, you will need at least a 2:1 degree in Law or equivalent qualification.


Reporting to the Solicitors and Partners, youll be responsible for managing property transactions from instruction to completion. This exciting opportunity involves working within the Conveyancing team and assist in the wider success of the firm.

As Paralegal, your tasks include:

1. Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements
2. Ordering and reviewing property searches
3. Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and lenders
4. Managing post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications
