Customer Service Coordinator
Our Customer Service team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Customer Service Coordinator.

What You Will Do
*
Provide technical and administrative support to customers.
*
Online order submissions
*
Sample collections
*
Sample/order non-conformances
*
Invoicing and other customer queries
*
Barcode orders
*
Management of dropbox network
*
Onboarding/training of new customers with respect to the ordering portal
*
Support with sample shipments to our other global facilities.
*
Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database.
*
Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues.
What You Will Bring
*
Previous experience in a customer service centric position.
*
Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous.
*
Knowledge of biology or genetics is an advantage.
*
Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office.
