Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm (34 hours per week)

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups in line with individual learning plans
*
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
*
Encourage independence, communication, and positive behaviour
*
Support emotional regulation and sensory needs
*
Provide personal care where required (full training provided)
*
Help maintain an organised and structured classroom environment
*
Record observations and provide feedback to teaching staff
*
Support pupils during transitions, breaktimes, and wider school activities
*
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
