Job Summary
The Analytics Intern will support the Supply Chain organization, including the Global Service Logistics (GSL) and Drives planning teams by strengthening data driven planning, performance visibility, and executive insight generation. This role will support growing analytical demand by developing repeatable analytics, standardized KPIs, and dashboards that reduce manual reporting effort and improve the speed and quality of decision making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support data preparation, analysis, and insight generation for Supply Chain and GSL and Drives planning activities
2. Help define and document standardized KPI definitions and data sources to improve consistency across reporting
3. Build and maintain recurring analytics dashboards focused on inventory, forecast accuracy, and performance variances
4. Perform trend and variance analysis and translate findings into clear, executive‑level insights
5. Reduce manual reporting effort by enabling repeatable, scalable analytics
6. Document analytical processes and outputs to ensure continuity and usability after the internship concludes.
Job Requirements
7. Standardized Supply Chain and GSL and Drives KPI definitions and data sources.
8. Recurring analytics dashboards (inventory, forecast accuracy, variances).
9. Analytical insights highlighting trends, risks, and variances for leadership reviews
10. Reusable documentation enabling sustained analytics capability post‑internship
Education & Experience
Required:
11. Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
12. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify meaningful trends
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
15. Ability to translate data into clear, concise insights for non‑technical audiences.
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
17. Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or planning analytics through coursework or prior internships
18. Experience building dashboards or recurring reports
19. Familiarity with KPI development, forecasting concepts, or performance measurement frameworks
