The role of Trainee Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building relationships with developers through active networking
* Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
* Building strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data accuracy
* Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
* At least six months to one year of customer service experience
* Excellent sales ability
* High-level customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Adaptability to change
