Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Warwickshire based firm who are in need of a solicitor with solid civil litigation experience to join their growing dispute resolution team.

The successful candidate will be handling a caseload that includes:
\n\n
\n\t- Company commercial director / shareholder disputes
\n\t
- Business partnership disputes
\n\t
- Breach of contract
\n\t
- Commercial and residential property claims
\n\t
- ToLATA
\n\t
- Boundary / neighbour disputes
\n\t
- Private nuisance
\n\t
- Harassment and defamation
\n\t
- Insolvency claims
\n\n\n
Candidates must be comfortable with:
\n\n
\n\t- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including particulars of claim, defences, disclosure and witness statements, from instruction through to resolution
\n\t
- Conducting advocacy in appropriate hearings (where rights of audience permit) and instructing counsel when necessary
\n\t
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
\n\t
- Ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant court deadlines
\n\t
- Maintaining accurate file management
\n\t
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships including networking and attending business sponsored or organised events as required
\n\n\n
The candidate should be:
\n\n
\n\t- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate, OR a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator or CILEX Lawyer
\n\t
- In possession of a strong knowledge of CPR and litigation process
\n\t
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and mentor and support junior members of the team
\n\t
- Excellent at drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
\n\t
- Commercially aware with a client focused approach
\n\n\n
