Job Title: Associate Sustainability Consultant

Salary: £60-70,000
Purobuild have partnered with a leading national multi-disciplinary consultancy to assist in their search for a skilled Associate Sustainability Consultant to join their team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Building Performance team and working collaboratively with neighbouring teams.
Responsibilities
* Act as the lead for the Building Performance team
* Provide expert advice on sustainability strategies for various projects.
* Conduct building performance simulations using IES-VE software.
* Perform life cycle assessments using One Click LCA tool.
* Develop Passivhaus designs to enhance energy efficiency.
* Apply TM52 and TM54 methodologies for overheating assessments and operational energy analysis.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable solutions.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability findings and recommendations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment.
* Proficiency in IES-VE and One Click LCA software.
* Strong knowledge of Passivhaus design principles.
* Familiarity with TM52 and TM54 methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Qualifications
* Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications in sustainability or energy efficiency are desirable
