We are currently seeking a qualified Multi Skilled Electrician to join a well established property maintenance team delivering essential services across domestic and commercial properties and you will be based at the Spennymoor site. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering long term stability within a busy and supportive maintenance environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, fault finding, testing, inspection work, and supporting wider maintenance activities where required. The role covers both occupied and void properties, so a professional attitude and strong customer service approach are essential. In this role, you will be required to travel between multiple sites. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a company vehicle will be provided for work use. This Multi Skilled Electrician opportunity suits someone who is confident working independently, managing a varied workload, and adapting to changing priorities within property maintenance environments. Hours 37 per week Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm. Standby rota approximately 1 day every 4–6 weeks, depending on schedule. Salary £38,225 – £43,000 per annum.
