Job Description
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales
* Improving the online customer experience and engagement
* Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platforms
* Monitoring and analysing the performance of e-commerce activities
* Collaborating with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies
* Overseeing the processing and delivery of online orders
* Ensuring the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly
* Staying informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies
The Successful Applicant
A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
* Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role
* Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools
* Solid understanding of web design and web analysis
* Proficiency in project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 2 days a week - Mondays and Tuesdays
