Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Behaviour Mentor & Cover Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This dual role is designed to have a positive impact on both behaviour management and classroom continuity across the school.
The successful candidate will work closely with students, supporting them to make positive behavioural choices, while also stepping in to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring consistency in learning. Achieving the best outcomes for our students is our priority through the continued development of high-quality pedagogy embedded across the school.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils to make positive behavioural choices and thrive.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff to maintain classroom continuity.
* Collaborate with colleagues to sustain high-quality pedagogy and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in a similar school or setting.
* Excellent communication with staff and pupils; able to work effectively both in a team and independently with initiative.
