Your Role
At Rocky Bay, you will:

* Lead with innovation- Utilise AAC tools and other evidence-based strategies to support autonomy, authentic expression, and meaningful connection.
* Collaborate and empower- Work within multidisciplinary teams committed to neurodiversity-affirming, person- and family-centred practice.
* Grow with purpose- Maintain contemporary clinical knowledge while contributing to strong clinical governance and high-quality, inclusive care.
What You'll Need
* A Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
* Eligibility forSpeech Pathology Australia registration(support available)
* Experience providing speech pathology services, preferably in disability or community settings
* A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
What We Offer
* £41,000 £57,000 equivalent salary($78,894 $109,079 AUD) plus superannuation
* Up to£9,500 in tax savingsthrough salary packaging
