Essential Criteria Requirements Experience working with young people or adults in an educational, mentoring, or support capacity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners to support learner progress. A flexible, empathetic, and learner-centred approach.
