Join Reebok as our Social Media Manager and be the voice of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll lead and execute social strategies that grow our community, boost engagement, and drive awareness across men's and women's. Reporting to the Brand Director, you'll plan and manage weekly content and ensure every campaign has a fully integrated social rollout. Main Responsibilities Will Include: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels) Create and curate visually compelling and on-brand content (in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams) Plan and schedule content calendars to align with product launches, campaigns, and activations Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and fashion industry news to keep us ahead of the curve Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators to amplify our social presence Engage with our audience through DMs, comments, and community Support paid social campaigns with organic content strategy and coordination Person Specification: Industry experience in Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle / Streetwear Previous experience in social media management Deep understanding of content creation, social trends, and platform algorithms Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion culture Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Planoly, or similar Excellent communication and storytelling abilities Data-driven mind-set with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
