Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week, all year round, based around the usual business working week.
Parrenthorn High School is entering an exciting new chapter as we join Vision Trust in September 2025 and we’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and resourceful Operations Manager to help lead the way.
This is a varied and exciting role at the heart of our school’s business operations. You’ll be managing the non-teaching aspects of school life, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our students and staff can thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing finance, HR, site management, health & safety, IT, and administration
Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
Collaborating with the Vision Trust Central Team for strategic support
Driving operational excellence and innovation across the school
