Executive Assistant
Your new companyHays are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide temporary, ongoing cover within a fast-paced professional environment. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, supporting senior leadership with comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, and confident, managing priorities in a dynamic setting. * Providing high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders
* Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Acting as a key point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders professionally
* Preparing meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
* Managing correspondence, emails, and documentation with attention to detail
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials
* Supporting the coordination of internal meetings, events, and client engagements
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Supporting wider administrative tasks as required to ensure business continuity
What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable providing support at senior level.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting senior leadership
* Strong diary management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
* A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment
* Familiarity with hybrid working models
* Ability to adapt quickly in a temporary/ongoing role
