* Drive the development and implementation of product management strategies and processes
* Manage and continuously improve the product and portfolio lifecycle
* Lead and contribute to cross‑functional projects, especially at key interfaces between product management, procurement, and other departments
* Analyze, design, and optimize business processes, including the introduction of new process frameworks
* Collaborate closely with internal and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable operations
* Support the strategic development of the product area, aligning with market trends and business objectives

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit
* University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
* 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
* Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands‑on experience using project management methodologies
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem‑solving approach
* Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
