1:1 Teaching Assistant

Weekly Pay: £446.60 – £650
Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s life? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work closely with a child who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and presents challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to meet the child’s individual needs.
* Implement strategies to manage behaviour effectively and promote positive outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to ensure the child’s progress and well-being.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
* Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly behavioural challenges, is highly beneficial.
* Strong communication skills and a patient, resilient approach.
