Key responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the Glenview Organisational Learning & Development strategy and outcomes
* Provide advice and information to managers and teams on all LD and Training matters
* Chair and support Training Reference Group and training plans/training matrix
* Facilitate content sourcing and assessment for staff learning & development programs
* Manage Learning Management Systems and applications
* Facilitate delivery of mandatory staff training and development
* Communicate and leverage from existing channels (e.g. SharePoint, newsletters) to promote training opportunities and programs
What you’ll bring to the role
* Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
* Demonstrated experience in contemporary L&D
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives
* Capability to work collaboratively and independently across varied tasks
* Working knowledge of L&D systems
* High attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently, flexibly, co-operatively and efficiently as a member of a client-focused team
