Our client, a domiciliary care provider, is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a supportive environment where high-quality care and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do. Our client offers complex care services to individuals in their own homes—supporting people with a range of clinical and high-dependency needs to live safely and comfortably in the community. The team works closely with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to provide tailored, person-centred care. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the delivery and coordination of complex care packages. This includes planning and supervising care, leading by example, and helping to ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practices. This is a hands-on role that may include participating in the on-call rota and supporting staff out in the field when needed.
