In this role, you'llmanage supplier relationships, audit against policies, and ensurecustomer satisfaction. You'll approve specifications, handleincidents, and implement proactive processes. Providing expertise onlegal aspects of winemaking, you'll advise on additives and labelrequirements. You'll organise customer meetings and support legalcompliance. Overseeing sampling and testing, you'll ensure productquality. This position demands a proactive individual with strongknowledge of UK regulations and excellent communication skills.
About You
You will bring essential expertisein the technical intricacies of wine production and bottling,alongside a comprehensive understanding of HACCP and food safetyprotocols. Your prior experience collaborating with UK retailers givesyou a keen awareness of supply chain fraud risks, ensuring robustsafeguarding measures are in place.
Moreover, youdemonstrate a preference for enhancing your knowledge in winechemistry and staying well-versed of GB food safety and winelegislation. Your familiarity with SEDEX and ethical standardscomplements your commitment to maintaining integrity throughout thesupply chain. Additionally, you excel in both implementing andrefining quality management systems, further amplifying yoursuitability for this role.
