We’re a fast-growing home delivery company looking to expand our team with reliable, motivated individuals. If you enjoy working in a team and don’t mind manual handling, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
* 2-person team delivering goods directly to customers' homes using branded Luton vans. Daily start times vary between 06:30 and 08:00; you’ll receive your schedule the evening before.
What We’re Looking For
* Physically fit – Heavy lifting involved.
* Punctual and dependable.
* Good team player.
* Able to travel to and from Seaham, where vans are stored overnight.
* Willing to work Monday to Sunday.
* Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Full Training Provided
* 2-day onboarding to get you up to speed.
* Support from experienced team members.
Pay & Benefits
* Driver: £125 - £140 per day depending on contracts worked.
* Paid per day (not per hour) – so you earn the same whenever you finish.
* Pay frequency: Monthly (transitioning to weekly in the future).
