Business Education Training Partner (Digital Marketing)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Education Training Partner to lead the design and delivery of digital marketing education programs across EMEA markets. This role sits within a global training team focused on empowering businesses and partners through high-quality learning experiences.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and partner-facing teams to deliver impactful training initiatives, both virtual and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute regional education and training programs across multiple markets
* Partner with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals
* Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions
* Act as a subject matter expert on digital advertising solutions
* Maintain and update training materials in line with evolving product and market needs
* Support certification programs and learning journeys for partners and clients
* Gather market insights and translate them into actionable training strategies
* Collaborate on events and large-scale education initiatives
* Manage communications and coordination for training programs
Required Experience & Skills
* 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, training, or education delivery
* Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
* Experience in delivering training, workshops, or public speaking
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
* Hands-on experience with ad platforms (campaign setup, optimization, or strategy)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in media agencies, tech platforms, or performance marketing teams
* Experience working with certification programs or structured learning frameworks
* Familiarity with advertising ecosystems and tools
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
