The Role
You'll step in as Sous Chef, supporting the Executive Chef across:
Daily service
Prep and menu execution
Wedding/event catering
Kitchen management essentials
Over the summer, you'll work side by side with the Exec Chef, gaining:
Leadership confidence
Ordering, costing and stock control skills
Operational kitchen management experience
Once the wedding season winds down, you'll take the reins day to day - fully supported as you transition into the Head Chef role .
