Requirements
* Proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development, client management, and candidate placement
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage clients and candidates
Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and business development to successful placements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business
* Develop new client partnerships through targeted business strategies
* Mentor junior team members, supporting branch growth and success
* Consistently achieve or exceed performance targets
