What you’ll be doing as a Designate General Manager:
21. Getting the best out of your team and inspiring them to develop their own careers
22. Growing the business, driving sales, and making connections with the local community
23. Coaching and mentoring team members and managers
24. Taking responsibility for sales, marketing, profit, and customer experience targets
25. Day to day administration such as sales planning, scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
26. Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
27. Proactively managing and promoting events.

29. Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
