Job Description
As a Night Porter, you will...
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
* Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
* Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times.
* In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly.
* Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
