We are now seeking a CRM Lead to play a pivotal role in this journey. The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our customer relationship management ecosystem, with a particular focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end customer journeys, creating meaningful, personalised interactions that resonate with a discerning global audience. Working at the intersection of creativity, data and technology, you will ensure CRM is not a standalone function, but an integrated and essential part of our wider digital experience. Your work will shape how customers connect with Aston Martin—elevating every touchpoint into something considered, relevant and unmistakably premium. What You’ll Be Doing You will take full ownership of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability, ensuring its features are not only utilised, but optimised to their fullest potential. From building and refining journeys within Journey Builder to deploying campaigns and analysing performance, you will continuously evolve our approach to maximise engagement and impact. You will also be working with Data Cloud, something that we have recently implemented and are starting to see great returns on. A key aspect of the role is the creation of intelligent, multi-channel customer journeys. Through thoughtful segmentation and a deep understanding of audience behaviour, you will deliver communications that feel tailored, timely and personal. Using dynamic content and data-led insights, you will push the boundaries of personalisation to create experiences that feel as bespoke as our vehicles. Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with colleagues across digital marketing, analytics and IT to ensure CRM activity aligns seamlessly with broader strategic priorities. Whether integrating with our website, mobile app or other digital platforms, your work will contribute to a cohesive and connected customer ecosystem. Alongside this, you will use data to inform decision-making at every stage. Analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and compliance. About You You bring proven experience in CRM management, ideally within a premium, luxury or customer-centric environment. You are highly proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on expertise across Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio, and you are confident using data to shape strategy and drive results. You are as comfortable working with data and systems as you are collaborating with creative and technical teams, and you understand how to translate insight into meaningful customer experiences. Experience within automotive, retail or agency environments would be advantageous, as would a background in digital marketing and delivery. Most importantly, you bring a sense of ownership and accountability to everything you do. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing clarity and structure where needed, and continuously striving to improve both outcomes and ways of working.
