Responsibilities
In your role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will:
* Develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area, required workloads, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
* Work as part of a team and/or on your own initiative.
* Build positive and productive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role.
* Open, honest, self-driven, and determined; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
