Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior to join a busy sales team. The successful candidate will support daily operations, assist with organisational tasks, and contribute to the smooth running of the office. Prior office experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Duties:
* Perform general administrative and office support duties
* Accurate data entry and updating company records
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
* Input customer orders and process documentation
* Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems
* Book meetings and manage calendars/appointments
* Answer emails and telephone calls professionally
* Prepare basic reports and documents when required
* Scan, photocopy, and archive paperwork
* Support team members with day-to-day office tasks
Skills & Requirements
* Basic administrative or office experience preferred
* Good computer skills, especially:
